1. Complete a New Customer Account Form - this can be completed over the phone or you can fill it in and send it back to us by post, fax or email.
2. Your account will be set up and then you're ready to order!

All New customers are asked to pay for their first order in advance - A ProForma invoice will be sent on receipt of your order.

For customers requiring a credit account, a credit limit and payment terms will be confirmed subsequent to a healthy credit risk analysis or approval of trade credit references.

For Credit Account Customers we may ask that your first 3 orders are paid on a ProForma basis depending on the level of credit you require.

Placing an order:

You can place your order by phone, fax or email.

A Trade Price List & Order From is available on request. This can be posted, faxed or emailed to Trade Account holders. Simply mark the items you require by means of 'Ticking' the box and enter the quantity you require.

Delivery:

We aim to deliver within two working days of receipt of your order. All orders over £200 are dispatched by next-day carrier, smaller orders may be dispatched by parcel post. Carriage is free on orders over £200 (ex. VAT) for delivery to the UK Mainland. Anything below £200 carriage will be charged at a maximum of £6.00 per parcel.
